Certain services are associated with the Serial Number ("SN") of a specific device.

You are responsible for entering the correct SN when purchasing or activating a service.

Plans purchased for one device may not be transferable to another device unless otherwise specified.

BNBDE IOT connectivity services are intended for supported devices.

Customers should confirm that the selected plan supports their device and intended destination before completing a purchase.

BNBDE IOT connectivity services rely on participating third-party mobile network operators.

Coverage information represents expected network availability and does not guarantee service at every location.

Actual connectivity may be affected by:

• Mobile network coverage
• Signal strength
• Network congestion
• Geographic conditions
• Buildings or other physical obstructions
• Network maintenance
• Local operator restrictions
• Temporary network outages

For this reason, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or a specific network speed at every location.

Each data plan may have specific conditions including:

• Validity period

• Activation requirements

The applicable plan information will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, unused data expires when the applicable validity period ends.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge additional fees, including currency conversion fees.

A plan that has not been activated or used may be eligible for cancellation or refund, subject to review.

Once a plan has been activated or data usage has begun, it is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the service cannot be provided due to an issue attributable to us.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong plan, please contact BNBDE IOT Support as soon as possible.

Our services may rely on telecommunications operators and connectivity partners located in different countries.

These networks are operated independently from Pixlumvue Limited.

We therefore cannot control or guarantee the availability, coverage, speed, or performance of every third-party mobile network.

You may not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend services where we reasonably determine that they are being used in violation of applicable laws or these Terms.

Available plans, pricing, network partners, coverage, and service features may change as our connectivity network evolves.

Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting an existing purchased service will be communicated to affected customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixlumvue Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from network interruptions, coverage limitations, third-party network failures, device incompatibility, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
